Homeowner Reviews

Five stars, one homeowner at a time.

5.0 average across 56 verified Google reviews — see them all on our Google business profile.

Our 1920s home had three contractors quote a furnace replacement — only AeroFusion did a real heat-loss calculation and explained why a smaller, modulating unit would actually be more comfortable. Six months in, our gas bill is down 31 %.
Sarah K. Rosedale homeowner
Called at 6:30 AM on a -22 °C morning. Daniel had a technician at the door before 8 AM, had us heating again by 9:30, and refused to upsell us — just fixed the bad ignitor.
Daniel R. Forest Hill homeowner
They installed our Mitsubishi cold-climate heat pump and walked us through every rebate application. We received $7,400 back in combined incentives. Crew was polite, careful with floors, and on time both days.

Frequently Asked

Straight answers, no upsell.

If your question isn't here, call us — we'd rather answer it on the phone than turn it into a marketing FAQ.

Ask us anything
Are you TSSA-licensed?

Yes. Every AeroFusion technician carries a current Technical Standards & Safety Authority gas technician license (G2 minimum, G1 for senior installers). We are also ECRA/ESA registered for the electrical work involved in heat-pump and smart-thermostat installations.

Do you help with Enbridge and Greener Homes rebates?

We do — and it is included in our installation pricing. We file the Enbridge Home Efficiency Rebate Plus (HER+) and Canada Greener Homes Grant paperwork directly for heat-pump, furnace, and whole-home upgrades. Most heat-pump installations qualify for $5,000 – $7,800 in combined incentives.

How fast can you respond to a no-heat call in January?

Same day, almost always within 4 hours during cold-weather events. We hold inventory of common ignitors, inducer motors, gas valves, and control boards on every truck so most repairs are completed on the first visit.

What warranty do you offer on new installations?

Manufacturer warranty (10-year parts, 20-year heat exchanger on most furnaces) plus our 2-year labour warranty on top. Maintenance plan members get the labour warranty extended to 5 years.

Do you service older Victorian and Edwardian homes in Rosedale and Forest Hill?

It is a specialty of ours. Heritage homes need careful load calculations, smaller-footprint equipment, and respect for original finishes. We bring drop cloths, shoe covers, and a vacuum on every visit.
